Harper (Mengfei) Xiong

About Me: Harper graduated from Wisconsin School of Business with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and Economics in May 2022. After working in the real estate private equity industry and corporate finance field, she discovered her career interest in value creation through active investment management and corporate strategy. To further develop her skillset in financial analytics, Harper decided to return to UW-Madison for a Master’s degree in business analytics. She is longing to bring her analytical skillset, business acumen, and strategic communication into her future endeavors in private equity.

Harper is an international badger coming from the hometown of pandas in Sichuan, China. During her undergraduate years in Madison, Harper was able to build meaningful connections with fellow international badgers through classrooms, clubs, work, and social life. She is currently serving as the Graduate Project Assistant with the International Division in the hope to connect with like-minded peers and learn from a dynamic staff team.
